What to Expect
Let the planting develop.
Annual flowers can provide first-season color while perennial members establish for later seasons. Performance varies with shade density, soil moisture, and root competition.
How to Plant
Prepare, sow, and press.
Remove leaf litter, expose soil, press seed firmly, and provide establishment water where mature roots keep the soil dry.
